Things were busy this weekend! But I love this time of the year and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. So much to love and dream and just imagine in things I have (and, of course, things I don’t have).
I couldn’t seem to get away from mini-skeins and leftovers.
Here are a few of the highlights in the knitting and crochet world…

Crochet
Deauville

While this one doesn’t specify leftovers/mini-skeins, this would be a great use for them!
Alternating stripes and chevron stitch used to great effect!

The triangle shape is so easy to wear, and I’m a sucker for the pom-pom.
The second section would look great with some mini-skeins. Plus you have the excuse to buy some new yarn for the first section.
Knitting
Rose City Rollers
by Mara Catherine Bryner
Hardly a new pattern, but it’ll be quick to work and – you guessed it – great for leftovers or mini-skeins!
Braided Mermaid Infinity Scarf
by Topsailfruit DK
Yet another great use for mini-skeins or leftovers!
This one uses cables in a gorgeous gradient!
Adventurer Cowl
by Ambah O’Brien
Another great use of leftovers of mini-skeins! And lace+bias=PRETTY!
Northeasterly
by Melissa Alexander-Loomis
This one hit the crafting world hard this weekend. And it’s no wonder why!
It’s a different way to use up those scraps of fingering weight yarn and make it into a pretty blanket.
And not to worry, because Melissa also has a DK option in there as well.
Get all these pretties!
I love putting these together for you guys, but ugh – my to-make list is getting longer!
At the risk of making my list even longer, what did I miss that you’d add?
