I love being able to just pick a show and have it play episode after episode!
I often pause it or rewind to see a scene again. But having something making some noise is SO MUCH BETTER than just silence. If I have some sound then it doesn’t feel alone.
Binge-worthy TV
I’ve listed 19 shows, and many are still taping. I needed to stop because there were lots more, and I even found a few that weren’t on my radar!
I’ve listed the ones that are still taping episodes on the top, followed by the ones that are done.

Hijack – 1 season (still taping) and 8 episodes (this one surprised me…I couldn’t stop watching it)
Shrinking, starring Harrison Ford– 1 season (still taping) and 11 episodes
Silo – 2 seasons (still taping) and 20 episodes
Black Bird – 1 season and 6 episodes
The Last Thing He Told Me – 1 season and 7 episodes

Another idea

Sometimes, I need to concentrate more than the TV will allow. In those cases, I’ll often put on music instead. I’ve done both a station and a playlist. And I got that idea because I almost-always play music in my office while I’m working.
You can always tell how stressful the work is by the type of music that I play. Sometimes it’s an instrumental and other times it’s a few of my favorite songs/groups. And other times, I’ll play a moody set or even one that reminds me of my dad (it’s like he’s giving me a big hug).
I do that while I’m cooking too. I’d miss too much with the TV on, so music is just my speed.
