The Color Variation posts were so popular that I thought I’d show a few from past issues.
October Glory Cowl
This one has been on my knit-list for a long time. There’s so much to love too – the lacing brings a bit of frill and the leaves add just the right amount of whimsy.

Doves Cry Shawl
This one was popular in our June issue and with good reason. Garter, stockinette and mesh, all blended beautifully in a shawl you can use as a layer or under a coat.
And of course, the dedication to Prince doesn’t hurt either.
How pretty is the vivid pink on the bottom? (yes, you know I’m a pink girl)
Wave Cowl
This fun little cowl is great for solid, semi-solid or striped yarn. And with our tutorial on short rows, it’s also a great excuse to try out a new technique.

Some Other Color Variations Posts
In case you missed them, here are the other color variations posts for the October 2016 issue. If the original colors weren’t for you, maybe one of these will.
And or course, let us know if you want to see a different color.
