Most of you are probably familiar with Eucalan – gentle to wool, doesn’t need to be washed out, and is great for both blocking and general washing.

There were things I didn’t know about Eucalan until I researched a bit for this giveaway, and some of them may be new to you too.
- Mary Ellen Edgar learned of the no-rinse laundry product while on vacation in Australia, and was so impressed that she started the company after she got back home.
- The name Eucalan is a combination of 2 of the main ingredients – Eucalyptus and Lanolin.
- It’s also great to wash delicates in a travel situation because of the no-rinse. Just wash, let it dry and it’s ready to go!

I think I need to take my bottle out from under the sink and use it for more than my hand knitting and crochet! I never realized just how practical this is and just how many uses it has.

I just love when good product and good people intersect. Makes me feel good that I’ve been using Eucalan for all these years!
After also trying the “other brand”, (my LYS was out of Eucalan), I really want to endorse Eucalan. It leaves my things feeling so much cleaner and fresher! I wish I could exchange my bottle of the alternative. I would love to win a new bottle!

I love Eucalan, just the best soak around
At first I was wary of Eucalan because of the lanolin content (poor me -allergic to lanolin). As long as my DH does the actual squishing in the Eucalan soak, the lanolin content when the knit is dry does not harm me. That is incredible! I am sold on Lavender Eucalan!
