Comment for a chance to win 3 skeins* in shades of blue and white!
That’s over 450 yards of sport weight yarn.
Stats
100% Extrafine Superwash Merino Wool
153 yards per 50 grams
The yarn is very soft, consistently dyed and spun. We used this yarn for the swatches in ShawlStar v2 and LaceStar as well, so we must like it!
In addition to its softness, it blocks beautifully.
Colors
Win all 3 colors:
Classic Navy (19)
Light Blue (09)
Natural (02)
You’ll win enough yarn to make a Frost Cross Cowl, or another item of your choosing. So, even if you’re just a knitter, this is a great chance to win some wonderful yarn.
And remember, Pantone’s Color of the Year is Classic Blue – so you’ll be very on-trend with this trio!
*The fine print – open to the US-only (we need to mail it so it needs to stay in the US), one entry per person and the giveaway runs through January 31, 2020 at 11:59pm Eastern Time. Leave a comment on this post to enter the giveaway! Entering this giveaway also subscribes you to the Knotions newsletter (but we promise never to sell or rent your email address EVER – we know the trust you put in us and take that very seriously!)
Good luck to everyone!

I LOVE your publication. Thank you so much for sending me all the inspiration and know-how to put it into action. I can’t wait to try the Brushstrokes hat and the Flower Cowl is calling my name, but I am a seem to have trouble learning how to knit lace and these designs. I keep hoping to be successful at it one day…
This looks like cool yarn to work with!
Beautiful yarn. I have just now found this site.
Looks so squishy!
Would love to try the cowl
My absolute favorite colors. I would be honored to win this.
lovely, squishy
can see something around the neck or on the hands
Just discovered your website after finding Pebbled Shawl on ravelry.com. I like the non-fussy discussion of design on that pattern, including the schematic of what the finished scarf would look like. That is a HUGE help for someone with spatial dyslexia. Look forward to learning more.
Happy New Year.

Oh great!
We have a schematic like that for every design. Glad you like it.
Welcome to Knotions!
Beautiful yarn! Thank you
I have a great-niece in California and a pattern in DK that I’m anxious to make for her . . .so I know what this yarn will be used for should I be fortunate enough to win. And thank you for the chance to win.
I love blue!
