Can’t knit too many socks! I usually have at least one pair in my pile of WIPs, and there’s always more techniques to learn!
Love making socks I’m ready to cast on a pair to calm me through the holiday season!
I’m knitting my first pair of socks for a new young granddaughter and I’m feeling quite nervous as I go. Thank you for your tips!
I’m fairly new to sock knitting, I got bitten by the sock bug about a year ago. But I have made quite a few pairs now and since it got cold, I have been using them regularly! Definitely going to be making a lot more!
What a great giveaway! I love knitting socks and these are great.
I’m knitting socks for christmas for nearly my entire family. – From my “big footed” son to the tiny booties for my 6 month old grandniece. – It’s so much fun to be able to give so much joy with my knitting!
I have learned so much from making socks – how to count my rows, how to pick up stitches, wrap and turns, decreasing, using DPNs, magic loop and 9-inch circular. From all this knowledge, I think sock knitting had really contributed to me being a more confident knitter.
I love knitting socks. I usually have 2 pairs on the needles at all time. My sister knitted socks for me for years. She said I know you can knit socks so I surprised her by taking an on-line course using worsted weight yarn. I haven’t stop knitting socks after that.
Socks are such a great portable project. Keep a little project bag with you at all times, knit a little now and again (passenger in the car, waiting in line, lunch break) and voila! A beautiful pair for toasty toes in no time.
Bonjour, Je tente ma chance. Merci pour ce concours. J’habite en France et je suis déjà abonnée à votre newsletter. C’est toujours un plaisir de vous lire. A bientôt !
Socks are the perfect commuting project, and nice to have something calming as I go back to the office.
