A unique scarf that pairs a big chunky cable main body with a delicate lace panel. Pattern Notes
There are two pieces to this scarf, the main body and a lace panel insert. The main body of the scarf is made by knitting intertwining large 10/10 left and right cables with a mixture of stockinette and reverse stockinette stitches. The body is made of 20 stockinette and 10 reverse stockinette stitches. Cables are knit every 20 rows, alternating left and right cross cables. The 10/10 cables create large holes underneath the cable crosses that are used to weave a lace panel through down the length of the scarf. The lace panel is a simple Cat’s Paw lace pattern five repeats wide.
