We have 14 free patterns for you tomorrow.

Here are a few of the highlights this month:
Pretty Pavement Cowl – Use two or more colors of bulky yarn in this mosaic knit cowl. New stitch patterns designed for bulky yarn make the most of this design.
Fornos Hat – An easy stranded knit makes a pretty gift and the color combos are endless! Use up your stash or just buy one or two colors.
Vox Populi Shawl – Two colors and slipped stitches for great impact. And slipping the stitch knitwise creates a pretty little twist that I’ve not often seen.
Making Waves Shawl – Another one that uses two colors but this one’s with lace. It’s still knit in one piece so when you’re done, you’re done. The designer also included info on how to block it so you get those great points too.
All of the patterns have charts and some have written instructions as well. We want you to have the simplest time making these up for yourself or as a gift.

You might have noticed a theme here – all these designs feature more than one color. They use them in pretty different ways though. Don’t forget to tune in a couple weeks later for our famous color variations posts. And the Pretty Pavement pattern shows you a couple variations too so you can get a feel for how the stitch patterns work.
And if you have any requests for color variations – either designs or colors – let us know in the comments.
