What mysteries lurk beneath the surface?
Inspired by the much-loved and highly debated myth of the Loche Ness monster, this two-tone scarf sports intarsia colorwork emulating the undulating surface of the lake and the curved body of Nessy. Add a pop of color and a touch of mystery to your outfit with the Loche Ness scarf!
How It’s Worked
Loche Ness is worked end to end in garter stitch with a worked-as-you-go I-cord edging. Paired increases and decreases create diagonal stitch detailing at the colorwork transition, which travels back and forth across the width of the scarf. One color tapers out towards each end of the scarf, creating asymmetric, differently colored scarf tips.
