We’re showcasing both Knitting and Crochet projects!
First up, Knitting…
Mulberries – What a great use of variegated yarn – the body is stockinette and the wide lace border is simple enough to work with a variety of dyeing styles.
Serendipity – This one has an easy repetitive pattern and a wearable shape. You can work with both solids and lightly variegated yarns.
Rosy Waves – If you’re not into wearing lace, this can be a great option! Texture and ribbing changes keep it interesting to knit.
Because Rainbow – Just in time for Pride Month! Stranded knitting, stripes, optional corrugated ribbing, a thumb gusset – all in a unisex-styled pattern!
Emirgan – Want a fun cowl with a bit more? This is a great option with 3×3 ribbing (easy) and a decorative looped i-cord edging.
And then, Crochet
Intezar – What a nice way to combine 2 yarns! The shawl has a great repetitive stitch with an occasional pop of a flower thrown in so it doesn’t get overly repetitive.
Mosaic Purses – These little purses are great to work on when the weather gets warmer! And they also give you a chance to stash bust AND make something pretty at the same time.
Little Granny Bags – Such an easy AND usable pattern! It just uses basic stitches so it’s great for both newbie crocheters and seasoned ones. Stash bust your heart out and use one or more colors in this wonderful bag.
Sislove – Keep the crocheting interesting with this beautiful shawl! The different lacy stitches make it fun to work and great to wear!
Coral Reef – Beat the heat and look stylish while doing it! The pattern has sizes ranging from Toddler to Adult Large. Use multiple colors of yarn and even add a different colored ribbon to set it off!
