Repeat rnds 1 and 2 six more times; 20 sts rem (10 on each needle). Knit 5 stitches. Rearrange sts so that there are 10 sts on each needle again. The sole stitches are on one needle and the instep stitches are on the other needle.
Optional: Transfer stitches to 2 small dpns or stitch holders. Pass 2nd stitch on front needle over first stitch. Repeat for back needle. Pass 2nd to last stitch on front needle over last stitch. Repeat for back needle. This helps create a neater toe when grafting.
Cut yarn, leaving a 12″ tail. Graft remaining stitches using Kitchener stitch.
Finishing
Weave in ends with tapestry needle. Block, if desired.
