DO YOU BELIEVE IN MAGIC?
This month I got to try something really special from Plum Deluxe Tea.
First off, the varieties(teas?) Plum Deluxe has on offer are so creative and yummy. From fruity to floral, and earthy and black to green and caffeine they have something for everybody!
“Oh. My. Lord. That smells so good”
That is a direct quote from yours truly the moment I opened my pack of Magical Butterfly Herbal Tea.
There’s alot going on with this tea, all good things I promise. Let’s start with the flavor. This is a fruity floral mix herbal and you can taste it all! The apple pieces and hibiscus with that tartness of rose hips create a beautiful blend with the sweet aroma of the pea flower and the hint of strawberry and touch of citrus. Add a dash of vanilla to top it off perfectly.
There is a lot to smell, taste, and see with this fun tea.
The magic continues when you begin steeping your first cup…swirling out of my heart shaped tea strainer (thank you Plum Deluxe) was wisps of blue from the magical pea flower! By the time my tea was ready to sip it was a gorgeous shade of blue!
What sorcery is this? The key to the color changing magic is citrus! That’s why the tea experts at Plum Deluxe added lemon peel to this blend. You can add your own lemon to enhance the flavor and add even more color!
Remember Kool-aid from your younger years? The fun of watching it swirl to vibrant colors as your mom stirred it in the big plastic pitcher? Same feeling. I couldn’t help but smile.
Bonus with this tea is it’s kid friendly too, just like Kool-aide but without all the sugar.
So serve it hot or serve it cold but share the magic!
