Thoughts
This is an easy stitch pattern to knit. Even the decreases on the WS are worked as a p2tog (my fastest decrease).
The stitch pattern has a lot of stretch to it even though there’s a decrease every 6 stitches.
I can see this pattern being an inset along the length of a sleeve. Or, give it more prominence and use it on the bottom-half of a top. Or, even the entire bodice if you wore a tank top underneath it.
And once it hit the water, it really plumped up and filled out those eyelets.

Since those early days, I’ve combined my degrees in Math and Computer Science with over two decades of experience in digital marketing to build Knotions into a place that’s both fun and informative.
My mission at Knotions is simple: to empower crafters to craft smarter. Let’s make something awesome together!
