We sent out a simple survey to our newsletter subscribers about online classes. And boy, you had SO MUCH to share!
Here are some of the biggest takeaways…
Types of Classes
You guys love to improve and get better!
The teacher in me just loves to see this 🙂 By far, the two classes you guys wanted to see were Improving Your Knitting followed by Improving Your Crochet.
Looks like I have my marching orders.
Online Class
One thing I wanted to make sure is that you guys actually wanted an online class. I mean, I thought so, but the last thing I wanted to do was waste all that time on something you didn’t want.
By far, your answer was YES! This really pleases me.
Truth be told, I had already started outlining both the Improving Your Knitting and Improving Your Crochet classes. So it was good that you want them 😉
Which Craft Do You Do?
This is the one that REALLY surprised me. While I knew that Knotions people were both knitters and crocheters, I didn’t realize just how much.
And even though I’m primarily a knitter, I STRONGLY believe that both knitting and crochet have their uses and deserve to be in the spotlight. This was a great reminder that you all are truly multi-craftual and you like both knitting and crochet!
What Does This Mean For You?
Firstly, you should definitely expect to see some classes from Knotions in the future. Those top 2 that I mentioned above? They’re first on the list.
Secondly – and this one is really important so listen up – if you see something you like on Knotions, speak up! Leave a comment on the post! There’s a way to comment on EVERY post in Knotions.
Leaving a comment is so helpful because it tells me that this thing (whatever it is) really struck a chord with you. And there’s no better way to influence what’s in Knotions than to leave comments.
So, please, leave a comment 🙂

I’ve been doing both knitting and crochet for over 50 years and am surprised at how much I still can learn. And I am gratified to see young women getting so rolled up in yarn. For a while it seemed that these skills could be lost. Keep teaching!
your comment really made me smile 🙂
thanks for brightening my day!
