Squishy, texture, and color everywhere! Dreaming of Color is a top-down triangular shawl that is destined to become your favorite piece yet. It is worked with 2 colors, dyed 2 different ways (variegated and speckled); it could also be worked in a faded color palette, with four colors that blend into each other.
Texture is created from slipped stitches, so that you are only knitting with one color at a time. Knit at a slightly larger than normal gauge, the drape on this triangular shawl is absolutely dreamy!

She homeschools three of her five children and knits to stay sane!
Jessica enjoys designing a variety of things from baby patterns, toys, adult sweaters, shawls and her current favorite, skirts.
She has designed for Spud & Chloe, Ilikeknitting.com, Knit Simple Magazine, Jane Austen Knits, Knitscene and Knittin’Little.
Her first book, Lorelei’s Journey, Knits for (Mermaid) Dolls and those who Love Them was released in 2017 and she is currently hard at work on her second book (this time for those who love fairies!). She is usually most recognized by her knit skirts!
