Fae La Verte is a lightweight rectangular shawl or stole that is easy to knit and yet is sure to draw attention whether you wear it to upgrade a simple outfit or with a beautiful dress.
It is worked side to side and can therefore be easily adjusted to your preferred size.

Yarn
Schachenmayr Tahiti (100 % cotton; 306 yards [280 meters]/50 grams): Color 7617 Bermuda, 3 balls;
Needles
Size US 3 (3.25 mm): straight and 24” circular
Notions
Optional: up to 7 stitch markers to mark repeats and border
Gauge
22 sts and 38 rows = 4″/10 cm in garter stitch
Gauge is not crucial here, but it might affect the size of your finished shawl and how much yarn you need.

Shawl Instructions
Loosely CO 123 sts
Work 6 rows in garter stitch (knit every row).
Work reps of Rows 1-12 of chart until piece measures 43″ [108 cm] or desired length.
Work 6 more rows in garter stitch.
Finishing
Loosely bind off and wet block to finished measurements.
