Gauge
With US #4/3.5 mm needles, in lace pattern: 25 sts x 31 rounds = 4 inches/10 cm.

3 st cable (also called 1/1/1 RRC on the chart): place the first 2 sts on hold on cable needle, hold to the front, knit the next one, return the first st on cable needle to left needle, knit the rem st on cable needle, then the st placed on left needle. K tbl: twisted stitch – knit st through back loop
Pattern
CO 144 sts. PM and join to work in the round.
Work 8 rounds in 1×1 rib (*k1, p1*).
Work following the chart: work the 16 sts of the pattern 9 times across the round.
Work 7 rounds in 1×1 rib (*k1, p1*), and BO in rib.
Weave in ends and block.

It’s called “3 st cable” in the instructions. And I didn’t realize 1/1/1 was missing so I’ll add that after the holiday!
can you provide the whole knitting pattern for this cowl?
I’m not sure what you mean – I just checked and the whole pattern is there. There isn’t much to the actual pattern – most of it is to follow the chart.
